Sora Choi

Hi, my name is Sora, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience. I got my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at USC. Since then, I have enjoyed helping clients find and cultivate their strengths to create their own paths to move forward. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/family difficulties, and adjustment issues.

I use an eclectic approach as every individual's needs are different. However, I prioritize creating a warm and safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable sharing their unique stories, feel heard, and learn tools to alleviate symptoms and navigate difficulties.

In my sessions, clients can expect to develop different perspectives and deeper insight, plant a seed of hope, and learn therapy tools to practice outside of therapy.
