Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned therapist with extensive experience supporting teens, adults, and couples through life’s challenges. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Clients describe my style as warm, authentic, and supportive, while also offering practical tools and structured guidance to create lasting change.

My professional background includes years in both private practice and community mental health, giving me a broad perspective and the ability to work with individuals from many walks of life. I have advanced training in trauma-informed care, couples therapy, and evidence-based treatment for anxiety and mood disorders. These experiences allow me to bring both depth and flexibility to the work, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, caring for my dogs, staying active, being outdoors, and exploring creative interests which helps me stay balanced and grounded. I bring that same balance into therapy—blending expertise with compassion so you feel supported, understood, and empowered in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and integrative, tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you build resilience, process past trauma, and develop healthier coping strategies. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals, teens, and couples can explore their challenges, whether related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, or life transitions. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and insights, fostering emotional balance, self-awareness, and personal growth. Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and a clearer understanding of your emotions, behaviors, and relationships. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life—building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and creating healthier patterns. Whether we’re working through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or self-esteem, you’ll leave with tools and insights you can carry into your daily life.
