Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience and an MA in Somatic Psychotherapy from Naropa University. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, with a particular focus on helping people navigate stress, relationships, identity, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that therapy should build on your strengths while creating space for greater clarity, connection, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Motivational Interviewing, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. Rather than telling you what to do, I’ll work alongside you to explore what matters to you, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and strengthen your confidence in making meaningful changes. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct, with an emphasis on creating a space where you can develop greater clarity and move toward the life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We’ll start with introductions, talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it, and I’ll share more about my approach and what working together might look like. I’ll also spend some time gathering information about your history, current experiences, and what feels most important to you so we can begin identifying goals for therapy.
