My goal is to help people live a life they love!

I have over 20 years of experience in therapy, and I am a qualified coach.

I work with adults who are struggling with compassion fatigue/ burnout, anxiety, work related stress and leadership.

As a therapist, I use different techniques:

-I believe in a solution focused approach to therapy which means that we focus on what the client wants rather than what the client has been through.

-I also make use of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and EFT (emotional freedom technique) as I find they are effective tools for change in my practice.

My goal is also to help my clients feel excited about growth and change. My role is to lead them through the process of identifying where they want to go, what they need to do, and how they can achieve their goals. I ask questions and challenge them—I want my clients to have the confidence that they can make changes in their lives even if those changes are difficult or unfamiliar at first.
