I am upfront, honest, open-minded, compassionate, and educating. I will not complete a session without my clients voicing understanding of their plan of care, medications, and next steps in the healing process. I perform brief therapy sessions.
Knowledge. I love to teach about mental health conditions, medication management, and how the brain works in mental illness. I perform short stents of CBT each visit.
