Great to meet you!

There is an undeniable urge toward growth, wholeness and healing within each individual. The journey of healing and growth is a unique process for every individual. My approach to psychotherapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and build on existing strengths. I implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy as well as a creative approach.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist and a Master Level Registered Addiction Specialist.

Accompanying you on your journey toward self-individuation is a deep joy and privilege and I look forward to speaking with you.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Jungian Psychology, Active Imagination, and Evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, confidentiality and obtaining verbal consent. I will share about my therapeutic approaches. We will discuss presenting problems and will attend to the specific challenges you're facing. We will discuss expectations if any, and history of your experience with therapeutic alliances. This will help with creating a tailored plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
