My approach to therapy

I focus on the client's needs and address the issues that are most concerning first. I present my opinion about the disorder using scientific evidence and work the client to choose a treatment plan that best fit their needs.

My clients feel confident at the end of the session about the diagnosis and treatment plan. They can expect the duration it might take to start feeling better, along with the expected time for resolution of symptoms.
