Great to meet you!

I'm a community-focused practitioner with a deep commitment to making healing and wholeness more accessible to all. My work is shaped by years of experience with diverse communities and a belief in the power of collective care.

I hold a Master of Social Work and a Master’s in Disaster Resilience from Tulane University, and I specialize in supporting individuals through both natural and man-made life disruptions. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in resilience.

Outside of my practice, I'm a caregiver to two incredible pre-teens, a performing artist, and someone who cherishes quality time with loved ones and the adventure of travel.

Allow me to support you on your path toward healing and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

Create restorative routines grounded in trauma-informed care, expressive therapies, and healing arts modalities with me this season. My approach also weaves in EMDR, Family Systems, Group Process, Acceptance-based practices, and Psychodynamic frameworks to support deep, integrated healing.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating grief and loss, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, family system disruptions, questions of identity, professional burnout, addiction, spiritual unrest—or anything in between—this is a space that welcomes all generations and experiences.

This season, I am offering crisis support, brief solution-focused interventions, and deeper therapeutic work to meet you where you are.
