Great to meet you!

Seeking support is one of the most courageous steps you can take, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and empowered—not judged. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building the skills and confidence to move toward the life you want.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and trauma. I also enjoy supporting high-achieving professionals who often appear to have everything together on the outside while quietly carrying overwhelming emotional burdens behind the scenes.

As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural and comfortable.

My approach is personalized because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, and strengths-based techniques to help clients develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're struggling with overwhelming anxiety, navigating a difficult relationship, healing from painful experiences, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide the space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I'm here to meet you where you are, and together we'll work toward helping you become the healthiest version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based techniques. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and develop the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

I view therapy as a partnership. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to guide, support, and empower you as we work toward your goals. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while celebrating progress along the way.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel both exciting and intimidating, and it's completely normal to have questions or feel a little nervous. During our first session, my priority is getting to know you—not just your concerns, but who you are as a person.

We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current challenges, review relevant personal history, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process, my approach, and what you can expect moving forward.

My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and there is no expectation that you have to share everything in one session. By the end of our first meeting, we'll have a clearer understanding of your needs and begin developing a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, or personal growth, my hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling understood, empowered, and confident that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
