Great to meet you!
My own experiences with mental health inspired me to pursue a career in social work and supporting others through life's challenges. I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Fresno State and a Master of Social Work from San José State University, and my experience includes working in residential treatment, school-based mental health, and community service through AmeriCorps. I currently leada high school Wellness Center, where I help students, families, and staff navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, and other challenges. I also spent 10 years as a full-time parent to my three children and was a foster parent, experiences that strengthened my understanding of resilience and the complexities of caregiving. In my private practice, I work with young adults and adults, helping clients develop greater psychological flexibility, connect with what matters most to them, and build a life that reflects their values.
