I have provided psychotherapeutic treatment to clients with a wide variety of psychopathology. I also have experience with assisting individuals who struggle with anger management and impulse control. My experience and training have been with children, adolescents, and young adults. My background includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), rational-emotive behavior therapy (REBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
