Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am Spenser Crain, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor supporting individuals living across Texas :)

I was born and raised in Texas before studying psychology and sociology at Chapman University in Orange, California. I received my Masters of Art in Counseling from St Edward’s University In Austin, Texas.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to counseling, but I believe the most important factors to a successful therapeutic experience are: connection, compassion, and a strong client-counselor relationship.

Another key aspect of my approach to therapy is celebrating my clients’ unique strengths and perspectives. I want to know and support you for your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients through mutual trust and respect. Some people begin therapy as an open book, ready to share. Others need more time to build rapport and safety. My goal is to meet clients where they are and in the way that need and build from there.
