Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated therapist with a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. My journey into the field of mental health was shaped by my time in the military, where I witnessed firsthand the resilience of the human spirit and the power of support in overcoming adversity. After my service, I pursued my education at Naropa University, where I was drawn to the intersection of mindfulness, psychology, and holistic healing.

Above all, I am committed to fostering meaningful change in the lives of my clients, helping them build resilience, develop coping skills, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I integrate play therapy, Gestalt therapy, and behavioral approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients and guide them toward growth. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I believe in creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore their experiences. My approach is collaborative and experiential, often incorporating creative and somatic techniques to deepen self-awareness and healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to learn about how the brain and body work (both for and against our mental health, tools to approach overcoming difficulty, and new ways of looking at and operating in the world with a new level of self compassion and love.
