Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Spring Bailey, MS, LPC, ALPS, a West Virginia mental health professional with 20 years of experience. A graduate of Concord University and Radford University, I have worked in diverse settings, including private practices, hospitals, schools, and correctional facilities. My experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adjustment difficulties, and trauma. I also offer Christian counseling for those who wish to incorporate their faith and spiritual beliefs into the healing process.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is compassionate, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based practices, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I strive to empower each client with practical tools and strategies tailored to their unique needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult season or working toward personal growth, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating, and a little humor can go a long way in helping us connect! I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and accepted just as you are. We’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t have to have it all figured out—that’s what we’re here to work on together!
