I have at least 20 yrs. of experience in providing counseling in both educational and private settings. I've been helping individuals manage anxiety, life transitions, improving relationships, grief counseling, phobias and cultural/generational differences through evidence based counseling.

My approach to therapy

Online therapy is a space for reflection, developing practical tools and strategies for meaningful change. Some of the therapies I use but not limited to: Solution Focused therapy, Motivational interviewing, Narrative therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy.

First session is centered on getting an overall idea of the presenting issues you have or where you maybe stuck. Getting to know each other and briefly discussing your goals and purpose for counseling.
