A bit about my approach to therapy

Trauma comes in many shapes and forms. It tells us lies about ourselves and the world that we tend to believe and internalize. My passion lies in helping unearth these lies and replace them with truths, so that we can live healthy, joyful and meaningful lives in community with others. I am trained in EMDR and Sand Tray Therapy. and love exploring mindfulness and spirituality with my clients.
