I am passionate about helping my clients improve their relationships & tackle their hardest issues in an authentic, hopeful, & non-judgemental space. It is important to me that our time together makes you feel heard, validated, and inspired to work toward your goals. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, no matter what issue you want to tackle. I pride myself on my authenticity, and my clients say that I am warm, approachable, relatable, and real.

My approach to therapy is to meet my client's where they are at utilizing a variety of methodologies. I like to work along side my clients to create understanding, awareness and insight's so they can achieve their desired changes in life. I like to be creative with therapeutic interventions and focus on overall wellness. I believe that therapy is more than what occurs in session and that requires work between sessions.

My goal with every client is to work myself out of a job and teaching my client's how to apply what they are learning in session to their everyday lives. I like to start each session by hearing what has changed and I like to end each session with a check out process that I call Grace, Grit, Growth and Gratitude. I believe in hard work and I will work as hard as my client's in guiding them to meet their goals in creating the life they want.
