Great to meet you!

Hello. My name is Stacey Armstrong, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I am glad you are considering working with me to explore your mental health and well-being.

I specialize in adjustment, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, parenting and relationships. I maintain a commitment to cultivating a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe space to work together to assist you with overcoming challenges and achieving wellness goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach working with you to meet your wellness goals. I have experience working with individuals and couples from various backgrounds using an eclectic approach, tailored to each client's specific needs. My counseling style incorporates solution focused, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to build upon your current strengths to improve your overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will build rapport, discuss your treatment history, and establish goals in a private, safe, and welcoming environment. You might be new to therapy or have years of experience. I am here to cultivate a safe and authentic space to explore and express yourself freely, without judgement as we navigate through this thing called life.
