Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Stacey Calabro, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work at Boston University and my passion for supporting people on their journey to healing and personal growth has been at the heart of my practice every since.

I specialize in working with individuals who may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, and borderline personality disorder.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Utilizing a strength-based perspective, I focus on helping clients recognize and build on their unique abilities and inner resources. I do this by integrating CBT and other evidence-based practices to provide tailored, effective treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe therapy is a working collaborative relationship with goals established by the individual client. I create a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore and achieve personal goals, while focusing on recognizing and building on the unique abilities and inner resources of each individual.
