Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are navigating challenges in their relationships. Whether it's around communication, trust, intimacy, finances, or simply feeling disconnected, I can help. I’m especially passionate about supporting women in the perinatal and postpartum period, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, identity shifts, or the overwhelming emotional changes that come with new motherhood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and guided by the client. I believe that they are the experts in their lives and I’m just there to help clear the fog. I try to get to know the client, their goals, their perspectives, their values, and use this information to help the client process through different topics in a way that feels individualized to them. I bring humor into the session when appropriate. I want the client to know that I am their cheerleader from the sidelines that will occasionally challenge self-defeating practices or unproductive themes.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will be self-guided by you for the most part, I will follow your lead. However, for our first session, I will most likely be asking a lot of “getting to know you” type questions so I can gather as much information as possible before moving forward at a slower pace. If you’re a couple seeing me, the first three sessions will be me learning more about you. The second and third session will be meeting with me individually, the fourth session will be all three of us back together.
