Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I believe in patient-led care. I am here to listen and to answer any questions that you may have. Many providers prescribe medication without explaining the rationale or the "why" behind it. I want you to be completely comfortable with your treatment plan. This is a collaboration, and I am here to go at your pace.

My approach to therapy

I provide medication management in conjunction with psychotherapy to provide meaningful and long-lasting results.

I utilize traditional and integrative medicine. In focusing on the whole person, we can develop a comprehensive plan to increase quality of life.

I provide culturally competent, non-biased care with no judgement. I welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community and non-traditional lifestyles to a space of acceptance and understanding.

What you can expect from me

I am here to answer your questions regarding medication, diagnosis, and treatment plan. I will listen to your suggestions and recommendations regarding your care. I want you to feel heard and seen at the end of every session.

Due to current tele-health limitations, I do no prescribe benzodiazepines or hypnotics.
