Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I believe in patient-led care. As your provider, I am here to listen and to answer any questions that you may have. I practice both traditional and integrative medicine. The mind-body-spirit connection is an integral part of your overall well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide medication management in conjunction with psychotherapy to provide meaningful and long-lasting results.

Many providers prescribe medication without explaining the rationale or the "why" behind it. I want you to be completely comfortable with your treatment plan.

I utilize traditional and integrative medicine. In focusing on the whole person, we can develop a comprehensive plan to increase quality of life.

I provide culturally competent, non-biased care with no judgement.

What you can expect from our first session

Due to current tele-health limitations, I do not prescribe benzodiazepines or hypnotics.
