Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in rural settings. This experience in rural areas fosters creativity in my practice to help my clients access resources that may not be readily available in rural areas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with clients who possess a variety of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, communication issues, relationship issues, ADHD, etc.I feel my therapy style is warm and engaging for the client. I believe in treating all clients with the same respect and make it my mission to make each client comfortable at work very hard to earn each clients trust. I do not believe in labels or any other stigmatizing language or actions. I believe everyone should receive excellent care. I do not believe in cookie-cutter treatment. It takes a lot of courage to reach out and take that first step and building the life and reaching their goals you want to achieve. Please let me help you along this journey.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to feel engaged and comfortable in order to allow me to help guide them through the therapeutic journey ahead.
