Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker currently pursuing a PhD in advanced clinical practice, I am dedicated to helping individuals align their lives with their core values and goals. I recognize the courage it takes to seek support for personal growth and commend your vulnerability. My practice specializes in working with emerging adults and adults aged 18-30 who are navigating mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a relational, creative, and validating therapeutic approach. Through a growth mindset, I meet clients where they are, helping them understand their experiences and differentiate between controllable and uncontrollable aspects of their lives. My therapeutic focus is on supporting neurotypical, neurodiverse, and gender-diverse emerging adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, OCD, mood disorders, personality disorders, and/or executive function skill deficits.

What you can expect from me

I collaborate with emerging adults and adults to establish therapeutic goals, which then guide the orientation for process and skills-based interventions. I foster a dynamic environment of honesty, transparency, and respect, facilitating positive change through evidence-based practices in which I am trained and/or certified.
