Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling, and I work with men who are ready to get honest about what’s not working and build a life that actually reflects their values. My approach is direct, grounded, and compassionate. I integrate evidence-based therapy with a Christ-centered lens for those who want their faith to be part of the healing process. I specialize in issues like trauma, depression, addiction, and relationship struggles, especially for high-achieving men who feel stuck or disconnected. In our work together, you can expect clarity, accountability, and a path forward that leads to real change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and results-oriented. I combine evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care with a Christ-centered perspective for clients who want their faith integrated into the process. I help clients identify the patterns keeping them stuck, whether that’s anxiety, addiction, or disconnection in relationships, and replace them with practical tools and aligned action. I also place a strong emphasis on accountability, identity, and living in integrity, so the work we do leads to lasting change, not just temporary relief.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a straightforward and welcoming conversation where we get clear on what’s going on and what you actually want to change. I’ll ask focused questions to understand your history, current challenges, and goals, while also helping you identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll begin to map out a direction for your work so you leave with clarity, not just more questions. My goal is to create an environment that’s honest, grounded, and judgment-free, where you feel both supported and challenged from the start.
