Welcome to Beauty for Ashes Healing Center! My name is Stacey, and I'm grateful to navigate this season together. Whether you are walking through recent stressors, or have felt stuck in the same cycle for decades, it’s never too early or too late to experience greater freedom. I received my Masters in Christian Counseling from Houston Baptist University in 2010, am certified in EMDR therapy and CBT, a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), and trained in Exposure Response Prevention.

Every client presents with different needs and goals, so we will work together to find the approach that works best for you. I often utilize EMDR therapy, which is effective in treating a wide variety of emotional experiences, traumas, and even chronic pain, and also use a combination of different cognitive and behavioral techniques. Christian counseling is one of my greatest joys and passions, and typically includes utilizing Scripture and prayer combined with therapeutic strategies.
