Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years of experience providing creative arts therapy to a wide range of ages. I hold a graduate degree from New York University’s and I have advanced training in Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy and Vocal Psychotherapy. I believe therapy should focus equally on strengths and therapeutic needs. You can expect me to to be open -minded, caring, creative and focused on the therapy process.

My approach to therapy

We all want to be heard and understood, we want to be able to express the depths of our feelings and live life to the fullest of our abilities. In creative arts therapy this is possible. Art does not discriminate instead it has the capacity to uncover our potentials. The vast qualities of music and art itself can reach the broadest of emotions and stimulate the mind and body.
