Great to meet you!

I believe that healing is most powerful when we feel seen, heard, and understood—especially when navigating difficult and vulnerable moments. Every client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with Mindfulness-Based Practices to promote self-awareness, acceptance, & stress reduction.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to helping you build the connections that will lead to lasting change. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for those who are struggling with eating disorders, trauma, family/relationship dynamics, challenging emotions, and/or navigating identity development. I work with you as a partner in your healing journey to help you discover and build the tools you need to create sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Whether it’s your relationship with food, your partner, your family, or yourself, building healthy, meaningful connections is at the heart of my approach. Together, we’ll explore the best ways to move forward, heal, & create the life you desire. If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.
