Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have completed advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Child‐Parent Relationship Training, trauma‐informed care, and play‐based interventions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful therapeutic work begins with a strong, collaborative relationship. I work to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences with safety, curiosity, and empowerment. I incorporates clients’ interests and lived experiences into the therapeutic process to promote growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk more about who you are as a person, your lived experiences, and what you would like out of therapy. We will explore what goals you might like to create and what can make this the best therapeutic experience possible for you.
