Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Stacey LaRoche, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 28 years of experience in the nursing field. I earned my degrees from the University of Central Florida and Herzing University, where I developed a strong foundation in medical, education, and mental health care. My practice, Inner Balance Psychiatry, combines evidence-based psychiatry with holistic approaches to mental wellness, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I treat adolescents (13-18) and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges, with a compassionate and evidence-based approach.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped for lasting healing. Whether you're new to mental health care or seeking a fresh perspective, I’m here to work with you on your journey to wellness.
