Great to meet you!

You do not have to have everything figured out to start therapy just a willingness to slow down and be honest with yourself.

Many people come to therapy after carrying a great deal for a long time and quietly growing tired of holding everything together. They may feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by responsibility, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in cycles of chronic stress while continuing to care for others. I support clients navigating burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, boundary setting, emotional overwhelm, and work-life balance.

My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in Nature-Informed Therapy, nervous system awareness, and person-centered care. Sessions are offered virtually throughout California and provide a steady space for reflection, emotional regulation, self-understanding, and sustainable change. I also offer culturally sensitive care and services in Spanish.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We move at a thoughtful pace that honors your lived experience, your capacity, and the life you are trying to build. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your voice, your values, and the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked while surviving for so long.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, person-centered, and grounded in Nature-Informed Therapy. I integrate nervous system awareness, evidence-based practices, and reflective dialogue to help clients slow down, build insight, and develop greater emotional regulation and self-trust.

I work collaboratively and at a pace that honors each client’s lived experience, capacity, and goals. Sessions are thoughtful and structured while remaining warm, responsive, and attuned. I am especially mindful of how stress, identity, environment, and life transitions shape emotional well-being.

Therapy with me is a space to reconnect with values, clarify what matters most, and move toward change in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can begin sharing what brings them to therapy at their own pace. We will review relevant background information, discuss current concerns, and explore what the client hopes to gain from therapy. My goal is for clients to feel heard, respected, and supported rather than rushed or pressured.

I approach the first session as a collaborative conversation. I ask thoughtful questions to better understand patterns, stressors, strengths, and the broader context of a client’s life, while also making space for what feels most important in the moment. Together, we begin identifying initial goals and exploring what kind of support may feel most helpful moving forward.

Clients often leave the first session with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of their concerns, and a sense of what therapy together may look like. The environment is calm, structured, compassionate, and centered on building trust and a steady foundation for ongoing work.
