Great to meet you!

You may be used to holding everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you're overthinking everything, struggling with your confidence, navigating a difficult relationship, adjusting to a chronic illness, or going through a major life change. You might be starting college, ending a relationship, becoming a mother, navigating postpartum life, or simply realizing that the way you've been coping isn't working anymore. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

I specialize in working with women and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship stress, chronic illness, and adjustment to major life transitions. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and support women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. We'll work together to better understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of coping with difficult emotions, strengthen your confidence, improve your relationships, and help you feel more grounded in yourself. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy while tailoring treatment to you as an individual.

Therapy isn't about becoming a completely different person. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, learning how to navigate difficult seasons, and building the confidence to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

I currently offer virtual therapy throughout New Jersey and have expanded availability for new clients. If you're looking for support with anxiety, depression, pregnancy or postpartum concerns, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, or a major life transition, I invite you to reach out. I'd be happy to talk with you about whether we may be a good fit.
