Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (Spanish-English), bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and therapist supporting teens, college students, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and cultural or identity-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to acompañar (be alongside) meeting you where you are while offering your opportunities to build tools to feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life. As Latina, I’m mindful of how culture, family, communities, and lived experiences impact our mental health and the way we show up in the world. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you move forward at your own pace or ritmo.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative first session where we explore what’s bringing them to therapy and what support they’re hoping for. We’ll talk about current stressors, life experiences, relationships, and any cultural or identity-related factors that are important to their wellbeing. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals, strengths, and tools to help clients feel more grounded, clear, and supported moving forward.
