Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed by life lately? Changes happen all around us... with family, friends, work, relationships, or with our health. How is change impacting your life? Do you feel stressed, anxious, angry or depressed? Do you feel like no one understands? Do you feel like you don't know what to do about the struggles you are facing? Do you feel like life is passing you by and you just can't get ahead? Can you relate? Then you have come to the right place. You are not alone.

My name is Stacey Luczejko and I am here to help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). The last 19 years I have been servicing individuals, couples, and families in various counseling capacities within schools and the community. I hold a Bachelor's (BS) in Psychological and Social Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. I also hold two Master's Degrees from Rider University: a Master's (MA) in Counseling Services and an Educational Specialist (Ed. S.) Master's Degree. My passion is helping individuals overcome life's struggles to come out on the other side feeling refreshed and thriving. I have had numerous clients tell me that I was the therapist they needed to make the changes they were after in situations where they were new to therapy and seasoned in therapy. Let's connect, schedule an appointment today.

My approach to therapy

How much better would your life be if the changes you are hoping for fell into place? What would you do with new found time and a refreshed or improved mood to live in more fulfilling ways? My therapeutic approach focuses on helping to make coping skills and strategies applicable for you in real life and to customize them to meet your needs. My approach will help you build a greater understanding of yourself while building systems that will be repeatable in positive ways. My counseling style is eclectic in that I utilize many different therapeutic strategies based off your wants and needs. Some of my counseling theory styles consists of: cognitive, behavioral, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) , person-centered, positive psychology, reality, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy) , and psycho-educational components. In other words, my focus is on identifying things that will help you deal with your struggles or with whatever is challenging you rather than looking at things as a one size fits all. My methods focuses on thoughts, behaviors, and actions. While also find ways to creatively use your interests (such as: music, hobbies, movies, and etc.) in the solution process when useful. Find out what solutions will work for you, schedule now.

What you can expect from me

Every counseling session, I strive for you to take away something new or something useful that can be utilized outside of sessions to improve how you are feeling or functioning. Recognizing this always sounds easier said than done, I help break it down in ways that feel simple and doable. I help you to feel comfortable with trying things and help you to step into changes in ways you might have never thought could be possible, all at a pace that feels good to you. Together we make more sense of the past, present, and future for things to feel better. While also helping you to build positive coping skills and systems that are repeatable to sustain improvements and to help future situations to be more manageable moving forward. Change is waiting, book today.
