Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with various types of mental health diagnoses and needs. I have degrees and a license in Speech Therapy as well as Counseling. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress-related and relationship issues, among many others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy includes identifying the problem or problems and creating a plan to solve them, known as solution-focused therapy. I have a passion for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, but I believe that one size does not fit all, so your plan will be individualized to you.

What you can expect from me

I want to create a safe, warm and inviting space for you to share your deepest feelings and concerns with me. That starts with taking time to build a trusting relationship with each other as we peel each layer of the onion back to get to the core of who you are and what you want to achieve by participating in Therapy. Please send me a message if there is a time you need that is not available.
