Hello, I have been a therapist for over 5 years, I specialized in adults, adolescents, and small children. I have a master's in education, and Mental Health Counseling. I specialized in MDD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, couples counseling, Family Therapy, 1:1 individual counseling. I also see clients with anxiety, BPD, ADHD, Autism, ODD. I also work with adolescents, who also suffer from depression, trauma, anxiety and ADHD. I'm also specialized trauma informed care with adults, who suffer from grief, or have been exposed to a traumatic event, learned how to cope with trauma in a healthier way.

The therapeutic approach with my client is making sure my clients feel comfortable and feel like they are being listen to. I listen to my client concerns and make sure they are being supported throughout their session. I specialize in CBT and DBT in my sessions with my clients. I feel like these two therapeutic approaches is the most effective, with strengthen my clients, and helping them reached stability in their life, by learning how to cope with their symptoms.

I set a warm comfortable establishment for my clients. I make sure my clients feel like they are supported, heard, and respected. I establish goals with my clients during the intake and make sure that my clients work on their goals that we will establish together, that best fits their needs and solution to their problems, and how to cope with their symptoms.
