Hello! I am here to assist you with your mental wellness journey. I believe every person's journey is unique, and we will work together to improve yours. I believe that clients should be actively involved in making decisions that are directly affecting them. I have 25 years of experience in the healthcare field as a registered nurse and psychiatric nurse practitioner, including both outpatient and inpatient care. I see clients from the ages of 13-60.

I am an active listener, and I believe that a therapeutic relationship is important between myself and my clients. It is important that clients be heard and understood, to allow trust to be built. I can also perform GeneSight testing to find the most appropriate medication that will work for you.
