About Me

We all can get stuck. We can find ourselves in unhelpful patterns, relationship conflicts, and uncomfortable emotions. Do you feel stuck or overwhelmed by life stressors? Are you craving more connection and better communication in your relationships? Or perhaps you or your child have been through a trauma. Trauma and life stressors can make daily functioning and our relationships challenging. Counseling can help provide relief.

In working with me, you will gain the self-acceptance and awareness necessary to make shifts in your life. Specifically, I work to empower adolescents, adults, couples, and families to find ways to manage their stressors and relational hurts. I am also passionate about helping individuals around women's issues, body image and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy is relational, direct and collaborative. In working with me, you can expect to find someone who is invested in your wellness and personal goals. You are taking steps towards enhancing your life. Contact me here to book a consultation and discuss what working with me may look like.
