Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, heal from past experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with learning differences, children and families affected by divorce, those in addiction recovery, trauma survivors, and adults seeking greater self-understanding and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices while also honoring the connection between emotional, mental, and overall well-being. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns of relating to themselves and others. For clients who desire it, I also offer a Christian-based approach to counseling, integrating faith into the therapeutic process in a respectful and clinically grounded way.

My path into this work was shaped by my own journey of healing. Having experienced periods of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and disconnected, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. That experience informs my work with clients—meeting each person with empathy, respect, and a belief in their capacity for growth and change.

I am passionate about helping clients break cycles of self-doubt and emotional struggle, strengthen their sense of self, and move forward with clarity and purpose. I believe intentional growth is essential to lasting well-being, and I am honored to support individuals as they take steps toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I meet clients where they are and tailor our work to their unique needs, goals, and values. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

I use evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help clients work through difficult thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. For those who want it, I also offer a Christian-based approach that thoughtfully integrates faith into the counseling process.

I often work with individuals facing trauma, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, life transitions, and personal growth challenges. My goal is to help clients feel supported, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or understand, and any concerns you may have about the process. There is no pressure to share everything at once...this is simply a starting point.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what you would like to get out of therapy. I focus on creating a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, hopeful, and clear about the next steps.
