Mental health acts as a lens that shapes how we see and understand our experiences. When we take good care of it, it can make life's challenges feel less overwhelming, helping us to face them more calmly and confidently. As a therapist, I firmly believe that mental health fosters a resilient mindset that promotes self-compassion, acceptance, optimism and hope. With nearly a decade of experience as a practicing therapist, I have supported clients of all ages, ranging from infants and parents to adolescents and adults. My current focus is on helping young adults navigating the pressures of expectations, feeling disconnected from their voice, or uncertain about their next steps. I provide a space where you can fully be yourself.
