Great to meet you!

As a licensed Psychologist for over 25 years, I am a strong advocate for prioritizing mental health and well-being, so congrats to you on taking this step! I have worked with a number of different populations over the years, and have especially enjoyed working with young adults, as well as women of all ages who are going through different transitions in their lives. If you are struggling with anxiety or depression in any form, I would love to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is unique to each individual. I start where you are, and we create a treatment plan that will work best for what your goals are and how you can meet them in the most efficient way. My main theoretical approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, of which there are many many offshoots. I believe in all of our power to change how we feel by changing unhealthy thought patterns.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a non-judgmental space while in sessions with me, as well as respectful feedback and discourse. We will work together to help you reach your goals by using a combination of evidence-based strategies/tasks and processing of feelings and behaviors.
