Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of clinical experience, supporting individuals through growth, healing, and life transitions. I was born in the U.S. and raised in Ecuador, where I lived for 15 years before my family returned to the U.S. due to financial hardship. Navigating that transition deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, adaptability, and the power of support values that guide my work today.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and intentional, while still being flexible and compassionate. I believe strongly in visual tools, worksheets, and handouts.

I like clear, practical, and nonjudgmental strategies. I help my clients feel engaged, supported, and accomplished.

I value honesty, punctuality, and mutual respect, as these create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. While structure matters to me, I always adapt our work to your pace, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and respected from the very first session. Our initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your strengths, and begin identifying the goals you hope to achieve.
