Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s Degree in Psychology–Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have worked across multiple levels of care, including serving as Clinical Director of a psychiatric treatment facility.

I currently work with adults and couples ages 18–80 who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and patterns that can leave people feeling stuck. My goal is to help clients understand what’s getting in the way of the life they want and support them in building the skills and confidence needed to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and action-oriented. I work with clients to understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be keeping them feeling stuck. Together we identify meaningful goals and develop tools that can be applied in everyday life.

I often incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Testing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. I also encourage clients to practice skills between sessions so that progress continues outside the therapy room.

My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood while also helping them build the clarity, confidence, and consistency needed to move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may have for treatment. This helps me understand your experiences and what you hope to change or improve.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and share what you’re looking for in therapy. Together we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discuss initial steps we can take to help you move forward. My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and confident about the work we’ll do together.

If you're feeling stuck and ready to start moving forward, I’d be honored to support you.
