Great to meet you!

ADHD, Anxiety & Depression Specialist | Medication Management | Neurodiversity-Affirming Care

Many of my patients come to me after years of feeling like they are trying harder than everyone else just to stay organized, focused, and on top of daily responsibilities. Some have been treated for anxiety or depression for years before realizing that ADHD may be part of the picture.

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and autism spectrum conditions, with particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and adults with late-diagnosed ADHD.

I provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations and medication management for individuals who suspect they may have ADHD or who are seeking a clearer understanding of their symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Together we work to better understand how your brain works and develop practical strategies that improve focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. Treatment may include thoughtful medication management along with supportive therapy and evidence-based lifestyle strategies.

What you can expect from me

Our work typically begins with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. From there we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management and practical strategies to improve daily functioning.

My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and understood. If you are looking for compassionate, personalized mental health care, I would be honored to work with you on your path toward improved well-being.
