Great to meet you!

As a neurospicy, open-minded therapist and HSP, I’m committed to creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself. I am sex and queer-positive, and open to discussing alternative lifestyles, relationships, kink, and sexuality without judgment.

I tend to work well with people who are self-aware and capable but find themselves stuck in the same patterns, especially in relationships. You might overthink, pull away when things get real, stay longer than you should, or feel like you understand things intellectually but still can’t do anything different in the moment.

My approach is direct, grounded, and focused on helping you understand what’s underneath those patterns and how to respond differently in real time. This is not about fixing you. This is about getting you out of your own way so things stop playing out the same way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in emotions and focused on helping you understand what is happening underneath your reactions. I also incorporate energy and strength-based work, which means we are not just looking at what feels stuck, but also at what is already working and how to build from it.

I tend to be direct and practical in sessions. We will not just talk about patterns. We will slow things down, look at what is happening in real time, and work on how to respond differently when it actually matters.

I often integrate parts work and nervous system awareness to help you make sense of internal conflict and emotional responses without judgment. The goal is not to fix you. It is to help you feel more grounded, more aware, and more able to move forward in a way that feels different from what you have been stuck in.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will focus on understanding what is bringing you in and building a strong working relationship. You do not need to have everything figured out.

I put a lot of emphasis on the therapy relationship early on. Feeling safe, understood, and able to be yourself in the room is what allows the work to move forward. I show up the same way whether we meet virtually or in person, so the experience is consistent either way.

I work with many clients who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or part of alternative lifestyle communities, and aim to create a space where you do not have to filter or explain who you are.

From there, we will begin identifying patterns and what is underneath them, using somatic awareness, mindfulness, and emotionally focused techniques to help you respond differently in real time.
