Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Virginia, and I’m passionate about supporting adults on their journey toward healing and well-being. With a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and over seven years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and other life stressors.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring our work together to your unique needs. In addition to offering emotional support, teaching anxiety-reduction techniques, and developing coping strategies, I also incorporate somatic interventions that connect the body and mind.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions in order to get to know you better, then through time we will dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
