My approach to therapy

I offer a Total Care approach to counseling and specialize in Working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, marriages, and families to understand how they interact and communicate with others is key to a successful relationship! We speak both languages here at A New Day- neurotypical and non-neurotypical! Stabilization within relationships is a critical component and will be the direct focus! We are proud and excited able to integrate music therapy upon request!

Here at A New Day we utilize several different types of approach methods as each person/relationship is unique with a unique set of circumstances. For individuals, couples, and families struggling with their mental health and/or relationships we utilize a combination of internal family systems IFS, solution-focused brief therapy SF-BT, CBT, DBT, ACT, and our own personal Natural Blending Therapy!
