Great to meet you!

Finding light in the darkest moments, and hope when it feels lost. For 25 years, Stacey has helped people rewrite their stories, move through pain, and reclaim their sense of self. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Stacey specializes in guiding individuals and couples through depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship and family strain and even moments of deep hopelessness. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find her thrifting for hidden gems, traveling, cheering on her favorite sport teams or playing games—because joy and play are powerful parts of healing, too.

My approach to therapy

Her style is creative, compassionate, and always tailored to you. For those who wish, she integrates faith into the healing journey, offering support where spiritual values can be honored and used as a source of strength and restoration. She offers more than therapy—offering a safe space to breathe, heal, and find relief from the symptoms weighing you down. Together, Stacey will help you navigate challenges, spark healing, and restore hope.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, Stacey will gather information about you (good thing you know you best and have all the answers). There will also be time to determine your goals for therapy and to have a life filled with meaning, purpose and restoration. If you’re ready to take the next step toward relief, growth, and wellbeing, Stacey is here to walk with you.
