Great to meet you!

You may be the person everyone depends on—the one who keeps it together, gets things done, and rarely asks for help. On the outside, you appear capable and successful. On the inside, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from carrying so much responsibility.

I work with thoughtful, introspective adults, especially introverts, highly sensitive people, and high achievers who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, burnout, or life transitions. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in the business and technology world, and I understand the pressures of demanding careers, caregiving responsibilities, and trying to meet everyone’s expectations while neglecting your own needs. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck, build insight and self-compassion, and develop tools to manage anxiety, navigate change, and make choices that align with your values.

What you can expect from me

As a highly sensitive introvert myself, I understand the strengths and challenges that come with processing life deeply. My goal is to help you feel steadier, more confident, and more connected to yourself.

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to figure it all out before contacting me. If you’re looking for a warm, thoughtful therapist who will meet you where you are, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
