Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Staci, a licensed clinical social worker based in Indiana, seeing clients by telehealth across the state. I work with kids, teens, adults, and seniors, and I have a real soft spot for people moving through grief, loss, or a family going through change. [you to add: one sentence in your own words on why you do this work] If that sounds like you, I'd love to meet you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and grounded. Depending on what you're carrying, we might work through the thoughts that keep you stuck, practice concrete tools for managing stress and big feelings, or spend time on the patterns that got you through hard times but aren't serving you anymore. I draw on cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed approaches, motivational work, and solution-focused tools, but the session always follows you, not a script. I meet people where they are and move at a pace that feels doable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk through what brought you to therapy, what's weighing on you, and what you're hoping changes. From there we build a plan together, one that fits your life and your pace, not a generic template. You can expect a warm, judgment-free space where you're never rushed and never alone with what you're carrying.
